+ Are you guys insured and licensed?
+ Is it ok if we have something else going while your pancakers are there?
Fundraisers are most profitable when you have something going in conjunction with the pancake event at your location.
+ Where’s the Syrup?
Syrup is on the table.
+ Do you have a health permit?
Yes, we have a health permit.
+ After we book, will we hear from you again?
We call two weeks prior to your event. We call the day prior to your event to confirm the details, usually in the afternoon. Then we show up at the arrival time on your sheet and go “flippin crazy!”
+ When is your office open?
Our office is open 9am - 5pm. Leave a message and we will call you back….unless we just don’t like you!
+ How much time do you need to set-up?
Yes, we need 1.5 hours setup on most meals and 2 hours on others.
+ Is the sausage raccoon meat?
Coyote..rabbit...we really couldn’t tell what we ran over…Please taste it and let us know!

+ Do you guys have a restaurant?
No, we don’t have a restaurant we concentrate all our resources on being the best catering company in the country.
+ Do you do this more than on the weekends?
Yes, we work more than weekends (24/7).
+ Can I buy that dispenser?
No, you cannot buy it, but yes it’s patented
+ How many people are going to be at your event? Can we serve that many?
Yes, with enough notice we can serve up to 50,000 people.
+ Can you do a third shift for us?
Yes, we work in the middle of the night.
+ Do the pancakes have wheat in them?
Yes, the pancakes have wheat, milk, eggs, soy, and are produced in a facility that also handles peanuts and tree nuts.
+ How many pancakes can we have?
Unlimited. Yes, the record really is 72 pancakes eaten by one person.
+ You work 364 days out of the year? When do you not work?
Yes, but we won’t work Christmas.
+ So all holidays but not Christmas?
Yes, we work all other holidays even including Secretary’s Day. Some holidays do have a mandatory gratuity added to your bill.
+ Will you go anywhere to flip pancakes?
Yes, we travel, the whole country in fact! Wherever hungry people need food. We will travel.
+ Have you ever served over seas or internationally?
Still looking for a sponsor to get us overseas to donate a pancake breakfast to the troops.
+ Will you put random ingredients in your pancakes?
No, we won’t put random ingredients in the pancakes on the grill especially chocolate chips (not after the last time!)
+ Can I buy that grill?
Yeah you can get it at Wal-Mart aisle 7.
+ Do you have more grills available?
Yes, we can send 2, 3, 4 or more grills to your event. The question is...how deep are your pockets? Otherwise we will determine the need based on your estimate to get you the best value for your money.
Prices
+ We're only serving 20 people will you give us a break on your fees?
No, we don’t discount our minimum fees, however you can apply on our philanthropy page. We do donate several events or discount several throughout the year to help the community.
+ Are all these FAQs true?
