Keep your plate for seconds, as we charge based on the number of plates used.	All You Can Eat for Fundraisers* or Up to 12 lb per 100 people for Corporate Events.

Our 32oz bottles of regular maple syrup are conveniently placed out on the tables.	We keep the diet syrup behind the serving line for those individuals who need it.
Margarine & Orange Drink	All Table Service
Individual margarine packets and the drinks are placed on the serving line.	We provide all the plates, cups, napkins, forks & knives.

What YOUR GROUP Needs To Provide

Unloading & Setting Up	The Serving Line
We will arrive 90 minutes prior to the start of your event. You must have 2 to 4 volunteers meet us to help unload and get set up.	Depending on the size of your crowd, the serving line can be self-serve or you might want to help serve the sausage and drinks.
Trash Receptacles & Tables	Refilling Syrup Bottles
We need two 6-8' long tables (one for our equipment ~ the other for your serving line) and several large trash cans.	If you plan to serve more than 200 people, then you will need to keep the syrup bottles re-filled throughout the event.
Water & Electricity	Clean Up & Reloading
We need access to one 110v electrical outlet and potable water to mix our pancake batter.	With your help, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to clean up and reload our equipment.
